We want you to be satisfied. Therefore we offer the following return policy:
Social Profit Formula Course:
If you feel dissatisfied with this course at any time during the first 30 days after your initial purchase, please let us know by visiting http://socialprofitformula.helpserve.com/ and submitting a support ticket to the Billing department. We will gladly refund your payments to date and cancel all future payments.
Social Profit Club:
Since the Social Profit Club doesn't begin until the end of the course, you will not be billed until the end of the course. If you decide to cancel your Club membership any time before the end of the course, simply http://socialprofitformula.helpserve.com/ and submitting a support ticket to the Billing department. We will remove your club subscription and you will never be charged for it.
Once the club has begun, if you wish to cancel, visit http://socialprofitformula.helpserve.com/ and submit a support ticket to the Billing department and we will cancel future payments. Sorry, but we cannot offer refunds for months already paid for.
SPF Advisor Program:
If you decide to cancel your membership in the SPF Advisor Program, simply visit http://socialprofitformula.helpserve.com/ and submitting a support ticket to the Billing department.
If you are on the monthly payment program, we will cancel future payments. Sorry, but we cannot offer refunds for months already paid for.
If you paid for the full 6 months in a single lump sum, we will calculate the number of months you have been a member (including the current month,) multiply that by $200, and refund you the difference between your initial payment and that total.
Sorry, but we cannot provide refunds for missed Advisory sessions.
Social Profit Live!:
If you decide you do not want to attend, or are unable to attend the Social Profit Live! conference, you may request a refund at any time PRIOR TO 24 HOURS BEFORE the start of the conference by visiting http://socialprofitformula.helpserve.com/ and submiting a support ticket to the Billing department. If your support ticket requesting a refund is received prior to the start of the conference, we will promptly refund your ticket price and cancel your conference registration.
If you arrive at the conference, and at the end of the 1st day you are not satisfied with the conference, you may turn in your badge and request a refund from any staff member at the conference.
